Copper Mountain Colorado is by far one of the best ski areas within driving distance of Denver, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas. Located only an hour and fifteen minutes (on a beautiful sunny day) from downtown Denver, Copper Mountain offers skiing and snowboarding for all abilities. The west side of the 2500 acres is for beginners, the east side is for the mogul bumpers, the front side is incredible intermediate terrain and the back side has the steeps!

Talk about convenience! All of the lodging is located right at the lifts or an easy stroll away. Both villages have accommodations that have just been built or condominium complexes that were built in the early 80's.
