acknowledge that it was highly recommended that I (we) purchase
travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

RESPONSIBILITIES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS
NOTICE TO CONSUMERS
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
An initial deposit of $350.00 per person is required at the time of
booking in order to secure the reservation. Some lodging suppliers
require higher deposits; you will be informed when this is the case.
Final Payments should be received no later than 60 days prior to travel.
All prices are cash prices and reflect a cash discount. Balances are
payable by check.
REVISION FEE:
There will be a $25.00 per person change fee for any changes in the
original booking plus any applicable airline, lodging or other component
fees as a result of the change.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be received in writing by Rocky Mountain Getaways,
Inc. Receipt of cancellation in writing will be considered the cancellation
date. The initial deposit is non refundable. Upon receipt, the final
payment is non refundable, except at the sole discretion of Rocky
Mountain Getaways, Inc. Some refund may be given to the extent that
credit is received from the service providers. Travel insurance is
highly recommended.
INSURANCE:
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended and available to
all participants upon request.
CURRENCY FLUCTUATION:
All rates for international tours are based on exchange rates at the
time of booking and are subject to change in the case of currency
fluctuations and/or price increases by suppliers. Rocky Mountain Getaways,Inc.
can guarantee prices only for bookings paid in full at the time a
price increase and/or currency fluctuation occurs. Rocky Mountain
Getaways, Inc. cannot and is under no obligation to provide a “grace
period” during which time bookings that have not been paid in
full may be paid in full for the purpose of qualifying for the price
guarantee.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS:
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that his passport
and any required visa is valid for the duration of the tour. Rocky
Mountain Getaways, Inc. assumes no responsibility in this regard.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Rocky Mountain Getaways, Inc. and/or its agents are not to be held
responsible for any lack of snow or non operating ski lifts or ski
resorts, or for the closure of any access routes to and from resorts
due to weather conditions, nor are they to be held liable for any
additional expenses or consequences deriving there from Rocky Mountain
Getaways, Inc. and the service providers are not responsible for any
lack of psychological satisfaction in the travel experience. Rocky
Mountain Getaways, Inc. and/or cooperating agents offer these tours
for sale only with the express understanding that they themselves
do not perform or in any way assume liability for the performance
of the individual components of these tours and act only to combine
these components into a single unit of sale for the convenience of
the general public and are not responsible, therefore, directly or
indirectly, for any loss, accident, or injury which may result from
any act, negligence or default of any company, individual or employee
engaged in or responsible for providing or performing these component
services. The transportation companies take no responsibility for
any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not
aboard their conveyances. The passage contract issued by the company
shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation company
and the passenger. All transportation rates are based on the tariffs
and information at the time of booking and are subject to adjustment
in the event of change. Additional expenses incurred as a result of
delay, change of schedule, illness, weather, strikes, acts of terrorists,
hostilities, quarantines, or other reasons beyond the control of Rocky
Mountain Getaways, Inc. travel agencies, or transportation companies
shall be borne by the passenger. Rocky Mountain Getaways, Inc. reserves
the right to deny or terminate the membership or participation in
any tour, in which case the price of any unused lodging and services
will be refunded. Tour rates include charges for planning and operations
and are subject to change without notice. There will be no refunds
for unused features or components of tours. Rocky Mountain Getaways,
Inc. reserves the right if necessary, to combine departures in order
to secure the minimum number of passengers required for effective
operation and servicing. Application and participation in these tours
assumes full acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth.
