Copper Mountain received 8 inches of snow today, so we just had to get out there and ski. It was cloudy and cold but we made it work. Jeff, Tracey and I had a great day and even got to see the Copper Mountain dinner sleigh ride horses.

My batteries died before I could take pictures of our incredible meal at The Salsa Mountain Cantina. I had the Pork Loin, stuffed with Chorizo and other great spices. Everything was very spicy and DEE- licious!!! A Must- Do "The Salsa Mountain Cantina"
