Ullr Fest
This Snow’s for You! This weeklong
celebration of Ullr, the Norse God of Snow, brings the legendary Main
Street parade, live entertainment and bar series, Nordic and freeskier
events and tons of snow to Breckenridge.
The Budweiser International
Snow Sculpture Championships
Teams from around the world compete
in this eye-pleasing event, creating mammoth works of art from 12-feet
tall, 20-ton blocks of snow. The sculptors work during the week, reshaping
the bounty of Mother Nature into freeform whimsy or spellbinding intricacy.
Well-known artists act as judges for the event, which has brought
sculptors from as far away as Morocco, Belize, Japan, Canada, Scandinavia,
Russia, China and Wales.
Mardi Gras Celebration
Fat Tuesday begins with the crowning
of the King and Queen and commences down Main Street with a festive
parade. Main Street Station takes over next with live music, hurricanes,
Cajun food and lots of beads!

Snow Volleyball Tournament
The BRC Ambassadors are hosting a friendly Spring Massive Snow Volleyball
Tournament on April Fool's Day in conjunction with the BBQ. Sign up
a team of six to compete for great prizes and "massive"

APRIL FOOLS DAY CELEBRATION
Join the April fools celebration in the Blue River Plaza for a BBQ,
live music by the "Universally Famous Rocket Surgeons" and
the crowing of the Town Fool. A portion of the proceeds benefit the
Elite Athletes.
EASTER EGG HUNT (TBD)
It's time for Breckenridge's annual Easter Egg Hunt. Grab your Easter
basket, take the chair lift up the mountain and start hunting! Eggs
will be filled with candy and mountain money, and will be placed on
Peak 8. One lucky egg will have a voucher for a free season pass inside!

EASTER BRUNCH BUFFET (TBD)
After you're done hunting for those lucky Easter eggs, grab your family
and head over to Border Burritos at the base of Peak 8 for the Easter

for a great Easter Sunday on the slopes. When you've had your fill
at brunch, bring your kids over to the Snow Active Kid's tent for

MASSIVE SLOPESTYLE COMPETITION
Skiers and riders throw down in this progressive freestyle competition
in the Freeway Terrain Park! A "massive" cash purse is on
the line with each rider being judged on overall style, technical
difficulty and creativity. Whether competing or watching, the Massive
Slopestyle should not to be missed! Entry is limited to 125 participants.

MASSIVE SUPERPIPE COMPETITION
A festival of Massive proportions calls for an equally Massive Superpipe
Competition. Don't miss world-class riders and local amateurs competing
in Colorado's top rated Superpipe. As if the 18-foot walls weren't
enough to keep you gasping for air, the tricks that these skiers and
riders have up their sleeves are sure to blow you away. Add to that
a cash purse, and you know you're in for a huge competition. Entry

BRECKENRIDGE THEN & NOW
"Breckenridge Then and Now" will feature images taken of
the Breckenridge area in the late 1960's and early 1970's by former
Breckenridge councilmember Alden Spilman. Those same images are being
re-photographed today by local photographers Bob Winsett, Carl Scofield,
and Gary Soles to show how much Breckenridge has changed.... And not
changed! A Breckenridge trivia contest will start the evening's presentation.
Also included are a best tie-dye contest and silent auction. Snacks
will be provided and there will be a cash bar. Doors open at 6:30
p.m. and presentations begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $18 if purchased
in advance and $22 at the door (if there are any left). The event

MASSIVE RAIL JAM: BENEFIT FOR
MATT WYFFELS
Skiers and boarders grind it out at this Massive Rail Jam, benefiting
Matt Wyffels, a competitive snowboarder who was paralyzed. With prize
money on the line for each rail, this competition is sure to be an
all-out rail-sliding extravaganza! Our rail engineers spend all summer
creating a multitude of insane rails that will be showcased in this
progressive event. All proceeds will be donated to Matt for his physical
therapy, which is teaching him how to walk despite his paralysis.
There will be tons of prizes, giveaways and live music. Entry is limited

MASSIVE MUSIC WEEKEND
Dive into the massive fun with the 2004 Massive Music Weekend! Get
ready for a musical explosion as bands and DJs from around the country
infiltrate Breckenridge to kick off Spring Massive. The highlight
of this weekend is a FREE concert in town at the Riverwalk Center,
where DJ Logic will get things started and Fishbone will round out
night the with a blend of meshing styles of music, such as metal,
rap, funk, ska and even a little reggae. Don't miss the cutting edge
line up of DJ's and bands at various clubs around town and all over
the mountain at locations like the Bergenhof Restaurant, TenMile Station,
Vista Haus, the Maggie and more! The party starts with a bang at the

E-CHAIR CHALLENGE (TBD)
Be a part of the second annual E-Chair Challenge, this exciting event
features two-person teams tackling E-Chair on the grueling North-side
of Peak 9 for an all out endurance battle royal. The format is simple,
lap E-Chair more times than any other team on the runs of your choice

IMPERIAL CHALLENGE
The twelfth annual Imperial Challenge warms up with a 6.2 mile mountain
bike ride from the Town of Breckenridge across Peak 7 to Peak 8. Followed
by a 2,500 foot, wind testing ascent of Peak 8 to the top of the Imperial
Bowl on the equipment of your choice. As your quadriceps quiver from
oxygen deprivation and lactic acid build up, begin your descent to
the base of Peak 8 on skis or a snowboard. An hour and forty-five
